Ayurvedic treatments and regimes at Meedhupparu are carried out under the supervision of doctors qualified in orthodox western medicine who are also specialists in Ayurveda. The resort has its own fully-equipped Ayurvedic treatment center, with private treatment and massage rooms, herbal baths and steam baths, as well as a yoga and meditation training centre. Concurrent with the treatment, guests attend relaxation classes conducted by experienced teachers of meditation and yoga. These classes are graded and personalized to eliminate discomfort for physically less active guests.

There are eight wellness programmes available, each custom-tailored to the needs of the individual guest.
